I don't think I've ever had an auto shop experience like I've had here. Several things stood out for me during my initial call and visit. First was the friendliness. Second was understanding the problem. Third was the speediness of potential diagnosis. Fourth was the speediness of the potential fix. Fifth was the free diagnosis. Even then, we weren't fully sure the problem was fixed, but the way the matter was handled gave me reassurance that I could easily see myself coming back here if it wasn't totally fixed. I have a 2005 Subaru Forester and the issue I've had is probably just because it's an older car, so I'd believe there isn't a one size fits all solution, since there's just been a bit of wear and tear that makes it more uncertain on the culprit. I found it interesting that Miguel was so comfortable stating I could either bring it in or tell another company what they could do to fix the issue - to me, that says he's fine without another customer, but that he's worthy of having a check out - says that he's fully transparent and I really appreciate that. Super nice dude with a basic place (no frills), gets straight to the point, and exudes trustworthiness and knowledge. I think it's somewhat difficult to find that nowadays, esp in the auto industry (many places feel slimy, I didn't get that impression here), so I'll be back (insert terminator voice here).

This will forever be my go to shop!!!!! They diagnosed my issue for FREE and fixed the problem at a actually reasonable price.so many shops try to over charge women but this is not one of them. Go here for your vehicle problems you will not be disappointed.
